Techno-economic and Management Modernization Commission  

Techno-economic and Management Modernization Commission is currently in the Chemical Planning Institute of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry (also named China International Chemical Consulting Corporation), directly under the leadership of China Chemical Industrial Association and State Bureau of Petroleum and Chemical Industry. The commission is an academic organization formed by administration departments among different industries concerned including chemical and petrochemical, coal, pharmaceutical etc. and their research institutes, engineering design institutes, enterprises, organizations in social science, finance, universities, as well as private units etc.

The major principle of the commission is to offer government departments constructive suggestions of research outcome on techn-economic problems and proposed solutions that are conducted by experienced experts and researchers nationwide.

The main business scope is to enhance cooperation and exchange with relevant departments, areas and industries through different kinds of academic activities on the topics of development strategies, long-term and medium-term planning, techno-economic issue etc.
