Tech-economic Research Institue of The Former Ministry of Chemical Industry Funded in 1978, Tech-economic Research Institute has completed hundreds of projects including project proposal, feasibility study, basic engineering design, and project evaluation, site selection, economic evaluation, etc. We have established and developed wide relationship with enterprises, research institutes, engineering design institutes, management department and universities. • Making regulations on the work during preliminary period of chemical construction project;

• Providing consulting service on soft-science research and information;

• Providing consulting service on chemical planning and investment;

• Formulating feasibility study and project proposal report of chemical project;
