| Entrusted by central government, local government and enterprises, CICCC have formulated development planning schemes ranging from the fifth Five-Year-Plan period to the ninth Five-Year-Plan period as well as every Ten-Year-Plan periods for more than twenty industries of China chemical industry. CICCC offered the research achievements for some hundreds of soft science key studies in chemical sector. The evaluation for project feasibility study of some hundreds of medium and large chemical construction projects and renovation projects has been accomplished. The consulting work of planning, site selection, and technical import for several tens large fertilizer projects and large petrochemical bases has been accomplished.
