BRIEF INTRODUATION  

China International Chemical Consulting Corporation (CICCC), formerly known as China National Chemical Consulting Service Company, was founded in 1981. It is one of the earliest consulting companies set up in China. CICCC has been founded and expanded on the basis of Chemical Planning Institute (CPI) of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, which possesses experienced technical staff. As a consulting corporation, CICCC offers comprehensive consulting services including the management consultation, engineering consultation and economic consultation for central and local government departments, industrial and commercial enterprises, as well as financial and trade organizations. With the expansion of international business, the Company has officially changed its name into CICCC with the approval of the authorities concerned in 1994.

CICCC, with national first-class engineering consulting qualification, has a high professional and high technical staff, among which are more than 200 specialists, senior engineers and other technicians on chemical and petrochemical design, planning techno-economic study and evaluation, market survey and demand forecast. Out of the above 200 experts, 41 are professor-level senior engineers and senior economists, 90 senior engineers, 67 engineers and accountants. The consulting service covers many areas, including chemical fertilizers, inorganic salts, petrochemicals, organic chemical intermediates, synthetic rubbers, synthetic fibres, synthetic plastics, dyestuff, coating, pesticides, bio-chemicals, fine chemicals, rubber processing, chemical machinery, as well as various engineering technologies (e.g. plant construction, water supply and drainage, environmental protection, power supply, automatic control, etc.), and techno-economics.

CICCC is a member of FIDIC and an international engineering consulting corporation with foreign trade rights authorized by The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. CICCC offers consulting service for domestic clients and foreign clients as well, and maintains wide-range cooperative relationship with many world famous consulting organizations, large chemical companies, international financial and trade institutions.
